Lol, hi guys, welcome to my blog. This feels so year 3 of me with the og blogspot logo and templates. I am trying to jeuge it up a bit, but why is it so difficult to work out how to use blogspot... if this goes well, maybe I can delete Instagram again (along with my atrocious screen time) without depriving myself of my creative outlet and means by which I reach my fans. At least now, I am not restricted by Instagram's dusty caption word limit, and I can ramble all that I like!
My plan for this blog is to post about my cooking and baking endeavours in a Julie and Julia manner (yay!) I was even considering purchasing Claire Saffitz's Dessert Person cookbook and working my way through that, but annoyingly, two sisters already have a blog for that purpose (💢😖). Also, I am very picky and doubt I would want to bake every recipe in a cookbook anyway.
It is my birthday in 3 days! This year, I am making a pistachio and raspberry cake. Because I am now back at uni for 2025, for an alleged 50-hour work week, I will begin making my pistachio cakes and likely also the raspberry jam on Thursday so I can assemble it all on Friday morning before my taxation law lecture. I am skipping Marketing 200 in the evening because all the 19-year-old second-year uni students now think they are too cool for school and talk the whole way through the 2-hour lecture over the top of the poor lecturer.
Anyway, until Thursday !!!
